This is private and individual - just for you two, not in a group. It will be personalised for your situation in an open discussion for you to get the most out of it.

To help you best I like to prepare for every appointment specifically, so it would be great to have a phone chat before that where you can tell me how things are going, and what you are hoping to get from working with me.
