Before we start any of the practical parts, we will sit down and have a good chat about sex and Tantric ideas. It is just like a consultation, you don't need to change into any clothes or do silly rituals.

I would like you to go home with lots of things you can try in practice that same evening. The unique quality of this Tantric Sex Workshop is that it isn't just philosophy - I lead you into the reality of feeling your sexual body in new ways and touching your partner's body in new ways. I want to inspire you by making you feel new things right there, in a comfortable and non-invasive way. If you do want this workshop to be practical, after our initial chat I will ask you to undress down to your underwear. There is a massage couch in the studio. One partner will be on the couch while the other one tries some touch with my explanation and guidance. I will also talk to the receiver about how to enhance what you feel in your own body, while your partner touches you. Other exercises may involve embracing while I talk you through things that are important to feel in sex. You don't need to be completely nude or do anything explicit.

This is how it will go - I give you new ideas, you try touch, you feel touch, I stop to explain more or to correct or to talk about different situations in sex and we go on. It is a dynamic mixture of doing, feeling and talking.
